After her graduation and working in several theatre productions in Delhi, Huma moved to Mumbai in 2008, to make her mark in Bollywood. She auditioned for a film called Junction but the movie was never made. Huma then moved to do commercials and signed two years contract with Hindustan Unilever to appear in their TV commercials.
