After graduating and managing his own wedding Banquet, Vikas moved to work for several popular hotels in India including Taj Hotels, Oberoi Group, Welcome Group, Leela Group of Hotels, etc. He then immigrated to the USA where he initially worked as a waiter to gain the required experience.
